Kalyana Centre for Mindfulness is a small Meditation Centre located in the town of Dingle, on the Dingle Peninsula, in the south west of Ireland. We offer a programme of classes. Eva offers silent retreats of different lengths. Some retreats are supported by mindful movements based on Kum Nye. And some retreats are combined with Voice Awareness. To help focus the mind and shift the energies of the body. And compassion practice is also taught in different retreats.
